I have a strong passion for developing and refining concepts connected to the food & hospitality industry.
Today I work as an agent with clients ranging from large international corporations to smaller companies.
As an agent, I’m involved in the creative process from early idea to finished product or concept.
In 2017 Care of Concept™️ was founded, a freelancer Agency and creative co-operative that offer concept development and project management services to commercial projects within the food and hospitality industry.
Before founding Care of Concept™️ I worked as a CEO of an international concept development company, working with individual brands and restaurant chains. I’ve also worked as a pre-opening manager and General Manager at several restaurants.
I combine theory of art, technical knowledge with creative and practical work with genuine know-how and long experience.
I’ve studied Art and Literature at the department of Culture and Aesthetics at Stockholm University, Sweden and Business Management at IHM Business School in Stockholm, Sweden.
I work and experiment in several different creative forms, with a special fondness for Photography, Styling and Set Design. I also love to cook and to portray the culture around food, including the people behind the scenes, the venues and the guests.

As a consultant I specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to commercial property developers facing challenges in evaluating and improving the food and beverage offerings in their properties and spaces.
My services include needs and demand assessment, evaluation, operator orientation, infrastructure planning, concept development, and ongoing support for existing and future Food & Beverage operations.
A sustainable early adaptation may be necessary in cases where an intended operator has not yet been contracted, but the need to create a flexible restaurant solution is evident. In addition to analyzing potential, we lead projects where we plan operational alternatives.
I also offer continuous support for the development of Food & Beverage operations.
Nota Bene the importance of the right frame. Even bad food can taste better if the ambiance is right. Creating experiences for all senses has been my constant driving force.
Portraying environments and capturing atmosphere through light and angles is an extension of this ambition and forms the icing on the cake.
I’ve been creative with my hands my entire life, working and searching through several form disciplines, preferably but not limited to; illustrating, painting, sculpture and photography.
